Hi,
emu10k1 is the problem.
This card has  hardware mixing and that's the reason of disabled dmix.
Try this instead:
load-module module-alsa-sink device=hw:0,0

BTW.: according to pulseaudio devs is emu10k1 a bad choice because of
broken timings etc.
