[orca-list] repetition in Libre Officew

Hi folks,
I'm using ubuntu 13.4.
I've just opened a docs file sent to me by a friend.
As I cursor down, line by line in the file, Orca is repeting the
contents of a line, sometimes 3 times.
What's the deal here, and can I stop it? It makes it pretty difficult
to consontrate on what's in the file.
