yes, I guessed the same, but after serching on the internet I did not
get any perfect answer.
But I guess terning the unity global menu integration off seems to be
the best option.
This is sort of an inconvenience but you might try installing
gnome-shell or gnome-pannel and starting a session of those up for
running libre-office until you figure out how to disable the menu
integration for unity. Depending on what your trying to do another
option might be chrome vox and chromium with google docs.
