[orca-list] Has anyone tried icall for accessibility?

Hello, everyone, I am still on the hunt for an accessible client that 
will allow me to make pc to phone calls and receive them as well and I 
have found this:

http://www.icall.com

which says it offers free calls anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Just 
what I need.  However, I am just a little untrusting of some of these 
sites because of what I have heard from googlevoice.

I do not want to sign up for something I cannot access, and install a 
client on my system which just makes it worse.  For this reason, I am 
just asking around about these things.
