[orca-list] restarting at-spi?

Hi,
is there any command for restarting at-spi, cleaning its cache or whatever?
Sometimes when things get messed up, I restart orca using killall
orca;orca --replace.
I bound a keyboard shortcut to this. But sometimes it doesn't help. Is
there any such option?
