[orca-list] how do I make a hotkey to start Orca

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the help so far in learning this new operating system.

I am trying to make a hotkey launch Orca after I exit it I looked in the Orca preferences and under the key bindings tab but I didn’t see any way to add a start Orca hotkey thanks in advance.
