[orca-list] orca inline announcement of text formatting

Hi,
I am going to make translations of some documents. And I am supposed to
keep formatting of these documents. I know that pressing orca+F will
announce the text properties to me. But is it possible to announce these
changes in formatting automatically as the text is being read?
If not, I will have to use MS Windows. Is this even planed?
