Wait. If I understanding right your original letter the two think is 
full different.
If you would like seeing the clipboard content, Vinux containing an 
orca-customizations.py script module with saying you what text content 
have the clipboard, you are absolute true. If this possibility you would 
like see in native Orca version, I full missunderstand your first letter.
With clipboard content querying related i prewious opened a bugreport, 
and doed an upstream level compatible patch, based with Storm doed 
orca-customizations.py script clipboard function related code part:

This bug get's a wontfix status, I full understand why:
Joanie suggest this report a clipboard utility, with named GPaste.
