Hi Is there any time servers in ohio that can sync linux with the eastern

Any timeserver will do for syncing. Linux usually keeps Universal time internally and uses your timezone setting to determine what time to show to you.

But looking for one geographically close to you is a good idea for accuracy reasons. A quick Google turned up a page saying that Ohio State runs two NTP servers - ntp1.service.ohio-state.edu and ntp2.service.ohio-state.edu. See http://8help.osu.edu/1562.html for more info.
