This problem already reported with Orca related, look following bug:

Temporary I attached a patch with simple replaces the Primary string 
with already Orca translation awailable Control string, but Joanie would 
like doing another way fix I think.
Have an another similar issue, if for example an accelerator key 
containing the plus or minus character, this type output presenting 
braille display and partialy spokened untranslated. The plus or minus 
text part are presenting untranslated, look following bugreport with are 
awailable fix patch too:

Hopefuly both two bugs future will be fixed.
