How can a user access Orca Help when the Orca main window is not

There is a Help button in the Preferences dialog.
Other buttons on the Orca main window have corresponding keboard
shortcuts or terminal commands. Orca+Spacebar for Preferences, Orca+Q
for Quit, orca -v for version, but none for Orca Help. Can Orca Help
be assigned a shortcut (say Orca+F1)?
I don't think that would be worth it because the user is not constantly
going to help, and there is a two-step means to getting into help even
if the main window is not being shown.

Plus Orca+h already takes you into learn mode, at least it does in Orca
3.1.9-xdesktop.
