Orca will not allow me to move its settings directory. Once I have moved 
the directory, I get the following error whenever I attempt to start 
Orca, even with one of the setup options:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: No module named orca

Moving the directory back to its correct location causes everything to 
work again as before, including the non-working 0 key. I'm running GNOME 
3.2.1 on 64-bit Arch and Orca Master as of yesterday evening.
