Re: [orca-list] Thoughts on restoring NumPad's numeric functionality for Desktop Layout?

I vote for numpad restore too. I love using it for numeric entries
far more than the number row. I always seem to make mistakes when I
do. I always wondered why it worked just fine in console mode with
Speakup but seemed to crap out on me in x. I hope all other
keybindings will work as expected after pressing numlock off. I
toggle this on and off as I work in windows without missing a beat.
............be awesome when I can do the same in Linux.

+1 for the numeric entry.

I have never done anything with the alternate key bindings. In fact,
I messed with profiles a long time ago so I could use different speech
synths but after that, I just about forgot about them.

Everybody will expect numeric entry to work whether Orca is running or
not.
