Source view is bound to ctrl-u and also appears in the developer menu under
tools here, as you indicated it should.

I'm running 10.0.2 under Debian (tested on my desktop, which is still at Gnome
2/AT-SPI 1 for stability reasons).

Ctrl-u would be worth trying.
