Hy Jason,

I downloaded with Ubuntu Precise of course with qt-at-spi source 
package, but the source package not have localization related files. Not 
have po directory in the source tree, etc.

In Precise have following qt-at-spi version: 0.1.1-0ubuntu1
You don't no what package containing rolename localizations for qt-at-spi?
Translation is not problem if I known the correct package.
