[orca-list] rs games client and speech speed

I managed to get the rs games client installed and running just fine. 
The only problem is that the speech is too slow. I saw that it is 
self-voicing using speech dispatcher, but I can't figure out how to 
increase speech speed. I also use voxin with speech dispatcher. Does 
anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
