Hi, Frederik,
I did a git pull on the latest qt-at-spi and tested it as well. My
issues were as follows:
* No menu bar access. I never made it as far as the new account setup field.
* No flat review was possible. It read me the items that currently
had focus but if I wanted to explore the rest of the screen, I got
dead silence from all the number keypad except for the dash which just
told me it was leaving or entering flat review
* Text entry fields did not echo back what was typed when proofing:
I tried putting something in the search field just for kicks and it
would read it to me if I tabbed to the search field but if I wanted to
go char by char or word by word to make any changes, I got dead
silence both from arrow keys and from numpad.
Incidentally, I did change my theme from Oxygen. I went with KDE 4
and Radiance.
Thanks.

I don’t know what I am doing with these apps. Oh, and as a side note,
Orca fails to read and identify password fields. To it, they are
standard textboxes. When you type into them, you can’t see the text
(*) to represent your password.
Yes, maybe this was a bit premature, there are a few crashers in KMail
(or rather Qt and the qt-at-spi bridge). I fixed some of them. As this
is a very new accessibility stack, bear with me :)
For password fields, currently orca simply doesn't echo anything any
more with later versions of qt-at-spi.
I'll look into sending a * instead, even though it's not high priority
for me right now.
Thanks for the feedback
Frederik
