Hi Hank,
Easy. When you login to Gnome instead of launching Orca from run open
gnome-terminal and do
orca -t
which will give you the typical orca setup prompts for language, braille
support, default speech synthesizer, etc. When done it will enable Gnome
access, and ask you to logout and log back in for the changes to take
effect. Once done Gnome should start up with accessibility enabled.
