I think it is a major enchancement, if you write documents or something,
many people don't understand rgb at all.

Probably because RGB is more generic and can offer more values
precisely. Now an interesting enhancement would be to have a function
that could grab the 3 RGB values and treat them as a "key" to a lookup
table with the Color names. Of course, this color name table would
have to support i18n so you would get the right language spoken.
