Hello list,
I'm hoping someone can help me with this little problem. I have gnome 3.2
running on ubuntu 11.10 and I think it is great! I should mention I'm running
gnome-shell. The only problem I'm having is when I open firefox and
thunderbird the programs open but I can't get orca to read the screen when
either of these 2 programs are opened. I try pressing alt and tab to switch
to a different window but that doesn't work. I asked my wife if these
programs were open and she said yes they were. So my question is what can I
do to get Orca to notice the window that firefox and thunderbird open in. It
seems that everything else I tried worked such as libre office writer and
gedit along with gpodder. I could also get into the home folder and move
around and open the terminal and type in commands. So my only problem is the
firefox and thunderbird issue. Thanks for your time and help.
