Hi,
I remember reading somewhere on the webpage that someone made orca in
lithuanian.
I am running orca 3.1.91 and don't see it in the espeak languages list.
Is there something special I need to do to get lithuanian for espeak?
I am probably confused what part of language orca handles and
espeak/speech-dispatcher handles, but anyway, how do I make a computer
speak lithuanian properly?
