Arg, message died.

Anyway, that section screwed me up as well, because I don't use
Javascript. Turns out what they did (which is not uncommon) is
they have h2's with the text and Javascript puts an onclick event
(or similar) on them, and makes the markup underneath go from
display: none to display: block. Horrible setup.

There's like 10 scripts there, but this would be either fancybox
or the one called "global" since none of the others should be
dealing with this.

So it's correct not to hear any link-roles since it's only a header
tag... though to make this correct would maybe entail an ARIA
application role or something since these headers are acting
like links.

Unfortunately this "let's throw some Javascript on there for no
good reason" is wildly popular, so Orca/everyone else will need
to figure out how to deal with this... I have no idea how.

Some example links are: "What type of exemption to apply for", "When to apply for a TUE" and "Where to send
the TUE application".

Hope that clears up which headings I find are problems.

Michael,
what exactly are you getting and where exactly on that page? Maybe the headers I picked out
aren't the problem...
