Hm, this ukad.org page does have a complete doctype and the headers are technically correct 
(tho strange).  The skip links are using an old-fashioned name attribute which, while
no longer encouraged, should not screw up Firefox or Orca.  Everything I find code-wise
on that page *should* work.
