A few quick tests seem to show this sorts it out for me.

Also that build seems to sort out the issue with different frames, where 
I could not cursor between different frames. However I still am unsure 
whether something should be done at a different level as firefox 4 works 
fine when using at-spi on corba (the frame navigation).
