Yes, you can navigate more easily in Orca than what you have described
so far.  Unfortunately, there isn't a command to skip all links like
there is in Window-Eyes but you can skip over multiple links at a
time.  This can be done in several ways.  If it happens that the the
links are in a table, you can use the Shift+Alt+arrow keys to move
around inside the table.  So you can read down a particular column if
you wish.  Now if there are several links on a single line of text
like with many navigation banners, then simply press the down arrow
and it will move down to the next logical line on the page.  Remember
that Orca thankfully, does not use a virtual buffer and therefore,
does not sling the links into a verticle list with one per line.  So
if you hear a bunch of links on a single line and you don't want any
of them, then just press down arrow and they are all skipped.  So to
use your previous example, just press down arrow 6 times and then
start tabbing over on the line of the relevant link.

Hope this helps.  Oh, there are also other structural navigation
commands like h to jump headers, p to jump paragraphs, t to jump to to
tables, etc.  See the key bindings list for more details.
