OK, I looked around myself, and I didn't see anything, so I asked on the
vinux support mailing list. Here's what I was told:
Hi Chris - we just assign the following command to a keybinding in the
keyboard shortcut manager:
whow do you add the shortcuts? i went in there and i found an add button
but it's greyed and i can't figure out how to enable it.
sh -c "killall speech-dispatcher; orca --replace"
I hope this helps!

I'm not sure, but I wouldn't think this is an Orca shortcut key. I would
assume this is bound to a script in vinux. Something that kills Orca and
then restarts it, although it's probably a bit more graceful than that.
No promises, but I can try to take a look for it this weekend.
Could you pretty please? I think my husband and i would be insanely
greatful if you would, using his machine to ssh into mine to fix it just
isn't the perfect solution especially once he starts school.:P

How do you map keystrokes in gnome? seems this doesn't work in arch but
it is a useful keystroke;p

I'm not sure what distribution you're running, but in vinux,
control+alt+o will often resolve this by restarting Orca.

I was exploring the gnome pannel/desktop thing when orca up and
died. It
appears it also locked my keyboard because some how my husband started
it again, and i was able to use the keyboard etc again.
I dont understand what happened, but it was odd.
