Hy Milton,

You are true. If technical possible implementing my ydea to easy the 
language switch on the fly, for example desktop layout the language 
switch command key press is possible the Orca modifier+l, laptop layout 
is orca modifier+Shift+l keystroke.
In laptop layout orca modifier+l keystroke is reserved with move flat 
review with next item or word command.
