[orca-list] A bugreport for GNOME3 fallback mode related

Hy,

I reported a problem for GNOME3 fallback mode related, known issue now 
only the applications and places menu are presenting for ALT+F1 key 
combination, and the system menu is accessible only if I remember right 
if added the main menu applet with any panel.
I reported now this problem with gnome-session component, hopefuly I not 
choose wrong component or application.

Feel free write comments or suggestions this report. Hopefuly we get 
back the original or similar design to access all importanter menu 
groups with ALT+F1 key combination.
