[orca-list] date/time

Hey, won't it be an useful feature to have a key that will speak the
current date, time or both?
It would be more handy than using the gnome panel's clock or gnome
shell's one, I think.
Also it doesn't work ok with current ubuntu's way of speaking clocks.
Ubuntu-10 has gnome2, tho.
