Hi, The requested functions are present in recent versions of orca.
OrcaKey+t and OrcaKey+t twice to here time and date.

It would be more handy than using the gnome panel's clock or gnome
shell's one, I think.
Also it doesn't work ok with current ubuntu's way of speaking clocks.
Ubuntu-10 has gnome2, tho.
