A "caret follows braille display" mode would be helpful as well. It should
also be possible to select items (change the values of user interface
controls, activate them, etc.) entirely from the braille display, for example
with routing buttons and display keys.

I'm sure this can be improved once larger issues are resolved, especially in
the all-important task of keeping up with changes to the environment in which
Orca runs, with Gnome 3 and other desktop environments in addition to AT-SPI
2.

I just want to note here that the braille interface is rather restricted at
the moment.
