[orca-list] Import Files in Calc

Quick question here; How do you import files into a Calc spreadsheet?

I can't find any Import function any place.  What I'm doing is trying
to import a tab delimitted text file into a simple table.  This is a
pretty much no brainer with MS Excel and I thought OOo Calc or
Libreoffice calc would have a similar capability but I don't see it.

Any ideas?
