[orca-list] copy/cut/paste

Orca doesn't announce when you do any of these functions, it just says
when you hit the control+blah wouldn't it be better if it sayscut or
copy or paste etc?
fyi, i'm using orca 3.0.4 so if this is in the new version, i apologize;p
