Re: [orca-list] Is anyone still using gnome-speech with Orca master?

Only speech-dispatcher, especially after the improvements to sd since Ubuntu Lucid. No more speech crashes, and thank god, no more studdering and choppiness when pulseaudio is running. Speech responsiveness and stability has made great improvements in the last year.

Hey all.

Quick survey: Are you still using gnome-speech with Orca master?

I would really (really, really) like to completely remove Orca's support
for the long-ago deprecated gnome-speech. But I also don't want to leave
anyone in a bad state and unable to use the latest Orca.

Thanks in advance! Take care.
