Well, while I'm trying to reproduce this original problem, of course,
I can't make it happen now.  I have a debug file that is over 3 MB in
size and that won't upload to the bug <damnit>; so I'm have to edit
out a bunch of stuff to make it small enough.

Anyway, the bug can be found at

and I hope to have a debug file that will fit shortly.
