[orca-list] problems in open office

Hi all.
When using open office with latest orca, I can not shutdown open office
using ctrl+q.
What happens is that orca stays mute and I have to kill open office.
Sometimes open office crashes when I am typing a text.
The problems does not happen if I use orca 2.30.2.
