[orca-list] problem with latest git of orca and gdm

Hi.  I had orca working at the login screen with a git of maybe a month
or two ago, but after an upgrade to the latest git things no longer were
working.  Orca did not start at all at the login screen, although it
worked after login.  I did solve this, but I thought I would let you
know I had to go into the gdm user and try to redo orca -t, however it
game me an error that .local/share/orca did not exist.  Once I created I
did do the orca -t and now all is working, but I thought I would let you
know -- not sure what happened, gdm did not change, but something in the
.gdm or somewhere was gone.
