[orca-list] two featers

Hi. 

Virgo4 and Cobra have two featers which I'm missing at Orca. 

First: There is a feater, which shows all links in a webpage as a list.
Seccond: Virgo4 has the "Programm wizzard" which shows all open Programms in
a Box so that I can navigate with the Cursor-keys to a programm and make it
aktive. 

Is it posibile this featers add to Orca?
