[orca-list] Middle Mouse Click?

Can Orca simulate a middle-mouse click using the keyboard? I know it can simulate a left and right mouse 
click using the numpad - but pressing both together doesn't seem to produce the same results as pressing the 
left and right buttons on a mouse. The reason I want to know is that I am trying to help someone copy and 
paste text from the terminal to the google search bar...
