Hy,

Jeremy, if you do a clean installation with final release ISO when 
released, accessible login is working fine.
See following resolved bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/650846
Casper 1.248 package version containing the fix.
I not tested the distribution upgrade, but doed a daily live CD with 
containing this package and doed a clean installation. When installation 
is finished and reboot is happened, accessible login worked right my 
system, I used blindness profile during installation.
