[orca-list] An interesting keyboard layout related problem

Dear List,

My seed problem is not full Orca specific, but possible anybody give me 
a hint to solve or future Orca level fix.
In my Lucid system, I using two keyboard layout, Us and hungarian.
My GNOME keyboard layout configuration is following:
the layouts list US have the top of the list, but hungarian layout the 
default layout. I using this configuration because if I switch keyboard 
layout dinamicaly, some Orca commands I want equals phisical place with 
original english keyboard layout map and I not want laptop layout 
commands conflicting (say all document command, say title and status bar 
command) if I using laptop layout.

This configuration are working right with Lucid. For example, if I using 
hungarian layout, say all document command my machine is Orca+é (é have 
phisical place with semicolon with english layout).
If I using hungarian layout only (delete the US keyboard layout), say 
all document command is right Capslock+semicolon, but this command if I 
using hungarian layout kill the spoken current character with flat 
review (capslock+, keystroke), because semicolon and comma are equals 
phisical place. In standard hungarian layout we possible write semicolon 
if we press Rightalt+, combination.
Joanie, you have ydea how can possible fix prewious wroted bug in future 
with Orca level? Need remapping the conflicted keystrokes? For example 
need redefining sayall document command with laptop layout the 
Capslock+Down keystroke?

The second problem with very interesting, this is I think Maverick 
specific, if anybody not want read this problem, please close this 
letter now. :-):-)
If I doing lucid equals configuration with Maverick, after login the 
keyboard layout is always setting up US layout, I need always manual 
switching with hungarian keyboard layout.
I reported this bug with following link, possible anybody if doed my 
bugreport wroted reproducation test give a confirmed status my bugreport?
