is there an accessible way of shrinking mp3 files that is 
accessible with orca?
i know sound converter can encode a cd but i have not yet done 
this with mp3 files that have been just downloaded.
i tried sound converter on some downloaded files but although it 
chose ogg as the converted format, the converted file sizes were 
bigger for some reason and not smaller like i thought ogg files 
were supposed to be.
is there something else i needed to change in sound converter to 
be able to get smaller files?
whatever i use i need to be able to play the files on my 
plextalk.
