[orca-list] orca keybindings heads up

Hi,

Just a heads up, and something to be aware of.

I have just checked in a change that should make it easier for maintaining keybindings code.
This is for the default script, and in the coming few 
days i will be doing the same to the script keybindings.

If you come across any issues with the orca keybindings, then it would be excellent if you could report this.
