[orca-list] orca goes silent after exiting firefox

I am using the latest orca from git  and the 1.30 at-spi, and yesterday
orca died when I exited firefox.  The orca process was still there, but
no speech.  I tried restarting speech-dispatcher, but no change.  I had
to kill orca and restart from alt-f2 before speech came back.  The
firefox version is 3.6.3.

Any ideas on what is happening here??
