[orca-list] Wubi: Wut the! Heck?

o, k?  Why can I not access my top panel any more?  I'm using the desktop
i386 wubi image.  Not the Netbook edition.  I have a netbook although wubi's
not on it, and I couldn't when it was, figure out how the heck to get at the
panels there either, but, that's aside the point.  On this i386 build with
Lucid, when I do alt ctrl tab, all I get is the nodolis desktop, or whatever
it's called icon layer payne.

No matter what, I cannot get at those panels.  I can do, well, it used to be
alt f1 till I changed it to ctrl application's key.  So, I in my case, can
do ctrl apps key, then use my numpad 6 on my num pad and move over past
evolution, firefox, help, etc. until I hear panel, but then if I hit the key
to the right of numlock whicfh I think with numlock is a slash, btw, to left
click, it just throws me back to the icon layer payne.  I can see that I
think with what inc redibly, and I do mean incredibly little vision I do
have, that it looks if I get my nose right up on the monitor, like the panel
is indeed up there.  So, huh! What gives.  That's totally bizarre!

No? I've not changed anything from the wubi 10 o4 defaults.  It did this
from the very ggeddow of installing wubi before doing a single thing.
