[orca-list] fedora13 and orca

Hello,
I've installed Fedora13 to a vm. I comment line9 for pulse, restart, and orca speaks. However when installing 
speech-dispatcher and starting the service with
service dispatcherd start
then
chkconfig speech-dispatcherd on
to make the service permanent, orca no longer speaks when rebooting. Any help would be appreciated. I realize 
this is not an orca issue so please erply privately.
