First off when configuring Speech Dispatcher or OpenTTS, use the
spd-say or otts-say commands to test your configurations before trying
it with Orca. This will save you oodles of time. Once the *-say
commands work, then Orca should work after them.
For the Cepstral voices, use the swift-generic modules. Add them and
configure the swift-generic.conf file accordingly. Again, use spd-say
or otts-say to test the thing. There are command line parameters
available to dynamically choose modules, voices, and other synth
parameters.

Hello!
I'm been trying for a very long time to configure speech dispatcher.
I tried the spd-conf tool, but it didn't have dectalk modules as an option, so I edited the speechd.conf
file.
And uncommented the addmodule for the dtk-generic module.
THen that appeared in the list of available synthesizers in the orca setup, but when selection the dectalk,
I get no sound.
The say command is working.
Also, How do I get a cepstral voice to work with speech-dispatcher using orca?
