[orca-list] a problem in emerson

I have got Emerson working and it reads some of the headings in the
Daisy TV listings with both Orca and the voice of the Daisy player or
the voice the TV Listings uses.
However it seems to skip the announcements of the channel name for some
reason and I can only seem to be able to work out what channel I am on
by pressing H after missing the channel name and going through morning,
afternoon, evening and night headings.
Why is the channel name not being announced automatically and how do I
resolve this issue?
