Is there a suitable Daisy Player which works with Orca that can read
CDs?
The player software isn't responsible for reading the CD. Linux does that.
A Daisy CD is just an ISO9660 file system; mount it in the usual way, e.g.,
mount /dev/cdrom /media
then refer your Daisy playing software to the files under /media or whatever
the mount point is.
Under modern Linux distributions, DVD/CD drives typically appear as /dev/sr0
which is symbolically linked to /dev/cdrom.
