[orca-list] Using the braillenote with orca

I think I might have found a USB to Serial adapter but need to know if
this would be supported with Orca and Brltty.
I found the adapter in a store called Netshop in the UK.
the adapter is the Belkin F5U103VEA.
Does anyone know if this adapter is supported in Linux as it only
mentions Windows 98 and higher on the Netshop site.
I need to know before I place my order as to whether Orca and BRLTTY
support it.
